Refund Policy
At Sansani, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is provided.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Innerwear, accessories, or customised/stitched products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via our Contact page or store email. Include the following details:
- Order ID
- Product name and reason for return
- Clear photos of the item (and packaging if damaged)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour issues, subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will bear the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Return request raised after 7 days of delivery
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items not in original condition (used, washed, or tags removed)
