Thank you for shopping at Sansani! We are committed to delivering your favourite ethnic wear — sarees, kurtis, salwar suits, and more — right to your doorstep in the best condition and at the earliest.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. We do not ship to international locations at this time.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount — please check our current promotions for details.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status on the courier partner's website.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue at the earliest. Sansani is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
